HEALTHY FOOD FOR BREAKFAST

Ingredients : 1 banana (if desired additionally other fruits, such as berries), 2 tablespoons of processed oats, 250 ml milk , 1 tsp cocoa powder or honey

The banana mash with the milk and stir in the processed oats.Depending on the taste with honey or sweet cocoa powder and stir.

Effect:
If you start an important appointment to get anything down: Liquid usually goes anyway.The milk provides for satiating protein and a little fat , the flakes as well as the fruits of glucose and of course the delicious taste. You should also anticipate another glass of still water to drink .
